Pulse® Wax Blocks are used to control rodent infestations. They are blue coloured cylindrical pellets and contains A-grade flavour-enhanced cereals. They are generally more attractive than blocks as they contain no wax binders and are more appropriate for use indoors in bait trays or bait boxes. They can be used outdoors provided they are protected in waterproof covered bait stations. Once wet, they disintegrate into a powder and loose palatability.

Active ingredients: Brodifacoum (anti-coagulant) 0,05 g/kg

Pulse® Wax Blocks contain a bitter substance that acts as a deterrent to prevent accidental poisoning of other animals and non-target species. Rodents are unable to detect this ingredient.

Areas of use:

  • Domestic dwellings, roof voids, hedgerows, gardens refuse and compost sites. Hostels, hotels, hospitals, kennels, schools, restaurants etc.
  • Industrial premises used for food processing, packaging and storage and in retail catering establishments including supermarkets.
  • On farms rodents infest barns, silos, granaries, piggeries, dairies, poultry houses and stables. They are known to feed on newly planted seeds as well as feeding on new shoots and saplings in agricultural land, forestry plantations and plant nurseries.
  • Local Authority solid waste disposal sites are ideal rodent harbourages as are sea going vessels and docklands where many commensal rodents thrive.
